Jump Start Momentum

If your office, employees or team is ready to enjoy work more, be more efficient and effective, then Jump Start Momentum is for you. This intensive program is designed to present real, actionable changes that can be implemented immediately. The program includes:

A full day of implementation in the office of the selected
individuals following the seminar to organize the office and to set up the Momentum Method system, helping to ensure participants’ success in getting organized and staying that way.
If Implementation Day services are selected, I meet with the class
participants prior to the class to know what each individual’s organizational challenges are, as well as their goals.
By knowing each individual’s challenges, I can then be prepared to
focus on those specific areas when I visit the individual’s workspace to make our time together most beneficial to them.
The Implementation Day also includes post-session follow-up e-mails
or phone calls. For certain individuals, this sets up an informal ‘accountability’ partnership which can be tremendously helpful for their successful follow-through.
These implementation sessions should be offered only to those
individuals who are receptive to making change.
